SPEAKER_04Sorry about this. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_03Hello. Hi, doll.
SPEAKER_02You're back.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02It's only been 800 years.
SPEAKER_03845 years, I think, to be exact. This show started. This season has gone on for that long. It has, I feel like I've grown as a person in age, wisdom, beauty.
SPEAKER_04We've lived lives.
SPEAKER_03We have lived a full life. I have four kids now. Yeah. Yeah. Grandchildren. This is now I have to say, I'm gonna say, this is becoming a big ask, this um, the way that this is structured, this show.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Like four episodes a week. It's a lot. It is a lot. And I'm exhausted. I don't know. For anyone that's listening and is watching religiously, it's a huge thing. I don't really have time for anything else.
SPEAKER_02This is shared collective therapy. It is. We all have shared trauma.
SPEAKER_03We certainly do.
SPEAKER_02There's 60 plus hours of our lives that we could have, you know, I could have got done a short course.
SPEAKER_03I could, yes. I could have done some more Duolingo. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_02We could all be fluent in another language now, but instead, no, we chose to watch Mastership Australia for our sins. Um and you've been busy, you're in rehearsals.
SPEAKER_03I am Booked and Blair. Sweeney Todd. Yeah, so I'm doing a production of Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, which is, in my opinion, the greatest musical ever written. Amazing. And I am playing probably the most repulsive character in all of musical theatre, Judge Turpin. Well, that's fun. Um, which is delicious to do. And um we're at Chapel of Chapel, September 11th, the 20th. And we're actually selling super well in this time of theatre being kind of very, you know, troubling sales and shows closing and everything. Everything's selling really well. We've added a whole bunch of shows. Um, yeah, so it's sweetod.com.au, book your tip.
SPEAKER_02Get on that. How exciting.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I can't wait. But I'm exhausted. And then MasterChef is the only thing I've been watching.
SPEAKER_02And it yeah, it is a great little end of the night, end of the week show. I've been catching up like as a little bin, a little mini binge rather than doing it every night. Yeah. Um, and I actually think it works better like that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I don't know.
SPEAKER_03Well, what I I just had a look then. 57 episodes.
SPEAKER_02Wow, you're I think, yeah, so there'll be 60 total. 60 total. Could I see?
SPEAKER_03Which is insane.
SPEAKER_02I know. Uh, we've got a lot to catch up on in a short amount of time. But I do quickly want to touch base with you on a few things. The Odyssey, have you?
SPEAKER_03I haven't, and I have tried multiple times to get a 70mm IMAX session, as if not gonna happen. Everything till September 23.
SPEAKER_02We did it at the Astor. Yeah, yeah. Which is 70mm, but those seats, girl, can I say? And actually, I need to share two things about my Astor experience. One, obviously the seats.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_02Gorgeous heritage venue.
SPEAKER_03Steaming, but they can't upgrade the seats.
SPEAKER_02Three plus hours.
SPEAKER_01You need like so my little tip for the Astor.
SPEAKER_03It's so you've got your two levels, right?
SPEAKER_01They only had the top.
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay. When the bottom is open, pardon. Um, the there are couches at the back and they are incredible. Literally, just couches. They have punks of couches there. They're kind of horny, and I saw show girls from there. It was great.
SPEAKER_02Other tip is don't buy a chock top because they have been in that freezer for decades, and I like chipped a tooth on like you chipped a tooth? Well, like it's I feel like like removed a tooth. Like a layer of tooth. Like that's how like rock hard this thing was. And I was like, Diva, yeah, this is an experience.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Um how was now what did you think? Because I haven't seen it yet, obviously.
SPEAKER_02It's big and epic. It's an I'm not the target audience for these films.
SPEAKER_03I'm not the target audience for Nolan films. Neither.
SPEAKER_02Not an Nolan, but it is it's objectively very good. Yeah. I was engaged. I also have attention span of a child, which we all know. But um, I was engaged. Yep. Uh, there were some great performances, love particularly Charlie's. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03She was stunned. Ah, we love her.
SPEAKER_02Um, and uh just kind of floating around with some sort of looks. As a goddess. It's like she's doing uh a commercial for a perfume.
SPEAKER_03But they probably just flew her in from the set of June while she was filming June because it's like a cameo because it's just be the same. Probably the same set.
SPEAKER_02But that was Cannab. Uh and in other epic film news, have you managed to see Stop That Train yet?
SPEAKER_03No. I'm actually gonna go wait because it has finally got an Australian release date. I will see it at the cinemas with some with some queers.
SPEAKER_02I couldn't hold out.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I have seen it on streaming. It's really, really good, but I wish I fucking saw it in a cinema film of queers. I just couldn't make it to any of them.
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_02But then it's getting like a general release, I think, from like village.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, at the end of August.
SPEAKER_02So girl, I'm sorry, do they not know guys have means and ways? We will have all seen it by that.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. Yeah. Anyway. But I finally saw Obsession.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, what'd you think?
SPEAKER_03It's incredible. So good. And um, this is my prediction. I think she's gonna get an Osconome. Yeah, totally. I think it's had that much. It's got that thing where we're looking at um the sort of demi more rides, which I'm still heartbroken over. But the the ride of like horror finally being accepted because her performance is truly mind-blowing. So good. Like, and how awesome that cinema's back, like cinema is back.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Like it is And it's hor because famously horror never gets nommed for anything, but I think this is like appealing enough to a lot of audiences that I think it could be a bridge.
SPEAKER_03I agree, but like at like two, like th over 300 million worldwide the Odyssey Spider-Man Act. It cost nothing and made it on a show. I know, that's the thing. It's one of the highest grossing films of the year, and it's not a market.
SPEAKER_02An original story, just go straight. Write a fucking good story, don't use AI, don't use a existing text, don't spend a whole lot on the production, just be good, get good people involved.
SPEAKER_03So good.
SPEAKER_02It's great. We love to say it. Alright, let's dive in. Let's fucking go. I'm gonna take you all the way back to week eight. Oh, that's you're gonna die.
SPEAKER_03It's been 83 years.
SPEAKER_02Uh Aussie Classics week, it was. Yep. And we started with this uh friend of the show, Curtis Stone.
SPEAKER_03Oh we were dreading this. We were dreading this the last time.
SPEAKER_02Well, at least they've dropped the farmer a bit. Remember, they used to have a farmer come in and be like, I've just walked off the farm and I'm like, shut the fuck up. Yeah. Those boots have not a piece of soil on them.
SPEAKER_03A bit of soil on them, yep.
SPEAKER_02You've walked out of the Kohl's marketing department.
SPEAKER_03Thank you very much.
SPEAKER_02But this time they were spruking another Kohl's product. It was some ice cream, it was like a connoisseur on a stick or something. I don't know. That oh yeah. But they had to recreate the experience of these.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it was like that you're doing your salted caramel macadamia. I'm like, why don't you just eat the ice cream?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep.
SPEAKER_02Or was this the one? Oh no, this was the fucking, this was the pie and the ice cream. This was the Coles. Oh shit. Sorry, there was multiple ice cream spawn cons and I've mixed them up. This was the first one where it was the pie and the ice cream.
SPEAKER_03And they got both of them in the style, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And it was Hannah's cheeseburger pie. So my gripe with this, sorry, this was so long ago. Yeah. My gripe with this was cheeseburger pie already exists. I looked it up. Kohl's already stock it. There's a 4 and 20 brand one. Yeah, there's another one.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02They were all acting like she had indented the wheel.
SPEAKER_03And I think according to the reviews, because I love, I love an Angry Mum Facebook group. Oh heaven. They were not happy with this pie. What did they say?
SPEAKER_02Well, it was like $22, which is insane for a frozen, like you would pay that at like a nice artisanal bakery.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. But they're like, it's a family pie, serves four. Apparently, it serves two. Um and it was, yeah, the everyone complained about quality and everything. The ice cream did fare better, I think.
SPEAKER_02That was Pat's. Again, it was like salted caramel and biscuits. I'm like, these products exist. Could they not have given it to something a bit more cookie? That's what they normally get.
SPEAKER_03Exactly.
SPEAKER_02Anyway.
SPEAKER_03But yeah, so apparently disappointing pie.
SPEAKER_02Well, I never get them because where I live, the Kohl's gets raped and pillaged like daily. And every time I try and go and get it, they're gonna go. I don't know if they even bother stocking.
SPEAKER_03Last season I couldn't get the spice, the spice.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I try every year, I never get it. Um, I've given up now. Then he stuck around Mr. Stone for an elimination. Um and Jack, we said goodbye to handsome Jack here.
SPEAKER_03Oh, we love Jack.
SPEAKER_02I he really grew on me.
SPEAKER_03Well, I did as I said, I think I messaged you and was like, oh, I didn't know he existed until now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and then I was like, oh, hello.
SPEAKER_02I have a feeling we'll see him again.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02He gave me green enough that they would do that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and he kind of stuck in the shadows, but then obviously was had kept through. Because yeah, I didn't really kind of notice him until this sort of couple of weeks before this. So notice his cooking or him.
SPEAKER_02I thought he was a sweetheart. Um, yeah, great he made it that far. I don't know. He did good. Then we had the comeback cook. So this was halfway mark of the competition. Yeah, all of the returning contestants came back who'd been eliminated.
SPEAKER_03Oh, and they got it.
SPEAKER_02Love this, except a few. There was a few that were like, who didn't do it?
SPEAKER_03That's right. They were like, I have a family function. Um, do you do you?
SPEAKER_02Lydia was happy to be there.
SPEAKER_03But this is I was getting my hopes up because you know I was I'm still in mourning about Lydia's um exit, even though I know she's gonna be fine and she's gonna have a nice, you know, book come out soon with home cooked Greek food and everything.
SPEAKER_02But I was like, this could be her in back into the competition, and I was like, Unfortunately not, but they needed Lydia there for the mum commentary screen time, which she also did. I'm gonna just do it, I'm gonna jump straight ahead to Ms. Markle episode. Lydia gave confessional realness in that episode.
SPEAKER_03That's exactly what you wanted, it's exactly what you wanted for that episode. It was just She's like, ah!
SPEAKER_02She's so lovely. She's got Harry on the on the FaceTime.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Oh, we'll get to that episode. Oh, we've got things to say about that.
SPEAKER_02So this was good. And did you think it was correct? So Hannah came back.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Is that her name?
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03The young one.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Um, I look, I could Bella. Bella. This is how long this show has been going on. This is how long this show's been going on. Everyone blurs into another. They're all wonderful, unique individuals, but it's really hard when you're watching a 60-episode show.
SPEAKER_02Bella was kind of the closest thing we had to a dessert girl this year.
SPEAKER_03I think so, yeah.
SPEAKER_02She was super cute. I was happy for her to come back, but I was also a bit Devo because yeah, so we did we had Jack.
SPEAKER_03And Lydia placed really high in that episode as well.
SPEAKER_02So we went edging us. I was really just And Lucy. I think I wanted Lucy back in. She was so cute.
SPEAKER_03We did like Lucy.
SPEAKER_02Anyway, so welcome back, Bella. Then we had Robert Irwin rock up and do some. And I just, hey guys, I just love native ingredients.
SPEAKER_03Oh, I love his native ingredients.
SPEAKER_02I wanted native ingredients in my mouth.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. But I also loved in this episode that all the boys were blushing too. We see you.
SPEAKER_02They were.
SPEAKER_03They were. Like, how could you not his attractiveness is it it crosses between between gender, sexuality, space time, space-time, physics, spirituality, everything. He is just all and like, yeah, but also he's just a sweetheart. Like how this guy loved it.
SPEAKER_02And so Rivermint is the new wattle seeds. Yes, it is. And I want to try this. Sounds delicious. I don't think I've had a Rivermint dish. But a few of them don't know how to use it.
SPEAKER_03No.
SPEAKER_02And sadly, this was when this was my first when I first started to get really angry at this show. Yeah. We said goodbye to Dot.
SPEAKER_03I know, which was actually really heartbreaking because I was like, I thought she was going to be at least potentially top five.
SPEAKER_02I thought she was going to be like at least top ten. I know, but this was yeah, halfway mark of the comp and said goodbye to Dot. So I was not thrilled, but yeah, River Mint Donuts didn't go.
SPEAKER_03Didn't work out.
SPEAKER_02Week nine, our favourite week, sweet week. If Dot's elimination wasn't bad enough, they said a whole week of sweets.
SPEAKER_03And why do we hate this? Because it takes them four hours to make something that's that big, enough to put in your eye, with 74 layers of various different umami sweet flavours. Yeah. It's just I just I have no interest.
SPEAKER_02Do you know what I don't enjoy is watching someone make a granita?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's ice.
SPEAKER_02They're just scraping ice.
SPEAKER_03I know, it's just ice, actually. And it actually just ice. Yes, that's quite nice, actually. It's just it's just it's just water. It's ice. Yeah, it's just like that real house. It's water. I'll have some of that, yeah.
SPEAKER_02It's actually quite hideous, actually. Uh yeah, that was the thing I read Zumbo rock up, bless his cotton socks. Uh then at the limb, we had an ice cream taste test. Um and who went here? Jackie. She did a fig um and ice cream creation that just wasn't with a lime granita. Sorry, doll. Uh then we had an air fryer dessert challenge. This was I was like, okay, the SponCon commences with the air fryers.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. And you know, I actually love an air fryer. I fucking love an air fryer. Um, but that was the that was the right time to bring the air fryer queen back. Get her in. I love her. I love her. She's got her stuff at Eldi now. Get the air fryer queen. I love she's so great.
SPEAKER_02No, instead, there was a $5,000 Harvey Norman voucher for grabs. There was a lot about we gotta say, love this show. They obviously spent a large portion of the budget on Ms. Markle.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Because there was no trip.
SPEAKER_03No, there was no trip.
SPEAKER_02Which was Devon. Normally, normally I know, Qatar, Singapore, Hong Kong, wherever the oh hi Frida. Frida's just having a little moment.
SPEAKER_03She's not happy that there wasn't a trip.
SPEAKER_02No trip, but we had Markle and we had a lot of vouchers from various white groups companies and such.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um, okay.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Not mad. Pat won himself a $5,000 Harvey Norman.
SPEAKER_03I know it's gonna get a new kitchen, all new appliances, everything marvelous.
SPEAKER_02Pat is one of my biggest turnarounds from the start of the season to when he went. Like, I was a full mess of tears when he left.
SPEAKER_03It was actually devastating. Yeah. Yeah, it was because I he was another one that I bought because he was achieving so many winning dishes.
SPEAKER_00I know.
SPEAKER_03And then it really all just comes down to if you stuff up once, it does it's not it, they're not really pulling into account your past track record.
SPEAKER_02He was just very sweet.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Then we had Jess Lemon quiet lab. RIP had like she had a roti place like around the corner from here that was not open for very long. Yeah. I don't know if it was just a pop-up or whatever, it didn't do well. But um Devo, because now she's obviously pivoting back to sweet stuff. But love her doing both. But she's so gorgeous. Uh Jess won this one with this ginger thread, which is so cool. Yeah, I was um yeah, very excited about that. Week 10 was Master's Week.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02So the first Master was Josh Nylon. I fuck, I want to try this um fish, the like aged tuna tuners burger. So bad. When I was in Sydney earlier in the week, I tried to go and get it, but it's only open on the weekend. Yeah, that'll be right. Uh love Josh Nylon. Also, he is not aged at all. He always looks young, but like looking very young.
SPEAKER_03Very young, yep.
SPEAKER_02Uh so of course they had to do a fishy thing. Uh what happened here? There was immunity from the elimination, and it was Casper, Petro, and Annabelle, who won immunity. Then Curtis Stone still back. I was like, okay, now we're really double dipping with the guests.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02He came back from elimination.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_02He did a butchery demonstration, and then it was like Curtis Stone loves a steak.
SPEAKER_03He loves a steak.
SPEAKER_02Just cooking a big hunk of meat.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You know, double fried potatoes. Not on your $10 deals at Kohl's anymore, that's for sure. Fuck no. And Bella, love you and leave you. You just came back.
SPEAKER_03I know. This was a good one.
SPEAKER_02And then it was like, oh, okay.
SPEAKER_03It was about, yeah, that was about three weeks, wasn't it? If that. I think like two. Two. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Well done, girl.
SPEAKER_03Well done. And she's such a baby. Such a baby.
SPEAKER_02She could be back as well. Yeah. For a third time. Who knows?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I hope we get a returnee season again soon because there was a lot of characters from this season I want to see again.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, agreed. We do we definitely need a Lalu. Yeah, we need an All-Stars, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like, yeah. Uh What's Under the Cloch with Tom Sarafan. And what was here? This was like the um fucking dip. The di the topped dip, the elevated hummus. Yes. Which I so we learnt it a little bit in this about Petro. Yes. Petro was outed as having a Halloumi business.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Which I was like, why the fuck didn't you lead with that? Yeah. It felt a bit sus.
SPEAKER_03And they knew. Yeah. And they'd like bought stuff like that.
SPEAKER_02He he supplies to this like very high-end like a Middle Eastern restaurant, which I really want to go to. Yeah. Sounds delicious. But I was like, oh, you kept that quiet. Because I feel like Petro's storyline was from at one, like, oh, is he gonna even make it through the audition? Yes. And he like just did. Yeah. Like him and Luke were like things. So then to hear that, I was like, oh, you're like quite an established like food person.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he knew what he was doing. And they well, they clearly knew as well.
SPEAKER_02Well that's why I'm thinking, because we don't know who's won yet. We didn't know the top three. And Petro is one of them. So I'm like, could he be the winner? Because that would be a great story.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Everyone are we buying is a loomy then. Well I've actually already won. I like when he went when they showed like footage and stuff of him, I was like, oh good.
SPEAKER_02He did a tarama, which is my favourite thing ever. Um with like a seafood topping. Oh, look so good. They said it was the best. Didn't love Emily's or Grace's Grace as well, like all my faves started to do in the second half of this show, and I I'm still mad about it. Um the pressure test was with uh Kristen Tibbles. Love her. Yes, she's grey. And just that name. It's like a whimsical character from a yeah.
SPEAKER_03Here comes Kristen Tibbles. Mrs. Tibbles is here.
SPEAKER_02She's brought some chocolates. Um this is when we said goodbye to Grace. I was so devastated. And of course it was a pressure test, like they really stitch some people up.
SPEAKER_03They really do.
SPEAKER_02You can't temper fucking chocolate.
SPEAKER_03But there, as we know, there are people that are literally getting through with pressure tests and nothing else. Yes.
SPEAKER_02Week 11 was knockout work, uh, and this was actually so cute. We had the MasterChef babies.
SPEAKER_03Yes, this was, yeah, this was very cute.
SPEAKER_02Amazing. Because I was like, what are they gonna do? Yeah. They came on. I love Sarah. I love Sarah.
SPEAKER_03We love our MasterChef romance.
SPEAKER_02They're so cute. Love they've had twins, and I love that they made Declan go and like look after them so that Sarah could stay and enjoy the thing, which is correct. Correct. That felt great.
SPEAKER_03That really, yeah, the whole thing, mmm. They got their MasterChef aprons that are far too big for them.
SPEAKER_02It felt like like when your colleague brings their baby back into the workplace for you to see.
SPEAKER_03Everyone's like, oh yeah, it was very cute.
SPEAKER_02Very, very cute. We had the so it was knockout week, and then of course the second episode of Knockout Week was the knock fridge. And I was like, Oh, you've made this whole thing up for that fridge.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah. Knock.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Uh then we had Jean Christophe. Kitchen chaos. JC is such a breakout star. He really is.
SPEAKER_03And I actually really liked this um episode because it's really good to see him in his element because it's like I didn't really know what his kind of thing was. And you know, and it was yeah, he's just a you know, he's had he's had his glow up this season, got his haircut and everything, and he's killing it.
SPEAKER_02He's killing it. They had two teams and they had to cook a two course, fine dining lunch.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_02Um, really nice episode. I like the JC Ford episode.
SPEAKER_03Agreed. He's yeah, he's a good president.
SPEAKER_02He's really good. And he gets really excited. And I believe it all. Yeah. Even though I shouldn't. But I'm like, oh yes. In the elimination, um it was this was cool. It was like the three people that had like um won that week or whatever. It was like Aaron, Annabelle, and Vinny, who all had immunity, they got to go to Cole's and pick an ingredient and was quite a bit. That was cool. Um, Aaron chose short ribs, Annabelle picked leek, and uh Vinny selected mussels. And the remaining contestants had to highlight one of those dishes, but unfortunately Hannah Dunedid fucked it up. She's another groomy because I was so ragging on her last year because she was so kind of cringe and mumsy like girl same.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Um, I liked her. I liked her.
SPEAKER_02Liked her? What was it? Like a part, it was like a muscle pasta or something. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Just wasn't enough.
SPEAKER_02Week 12. Didn't have a thing. We had Sanjeev's Indian flavoured mystery box. Loved the introduction of this new under pantry staples that had like mustard oil in the smells good. They had 75 minutes to uh create a dish with lots of fabulous Indian-inspired ingredients. And Caspar won this was crazy because he just did it was sweet potato and spinach curry, but they were blown away by it. Kaspar's so smart with flavors. And he won um a private masterclass with Sanjay. Was this also when you also got like some content as a prize? That's the first they were like, he's got a bajillion followers, and you'll he'll do a shout-out, and I was like, oh Because they've all got Instagram now, and half of them are already doing it. But like I get I get that it's like come on this show and it's like a platform and whatever, but for the prize to do some content, that was weird. But they've spent all their money on Megan Markle, so at the elimination they had an international ingredient to pick. Uh there was a botarga from Italy, Sancho peppers from Japan, banana blossom from Vietnam, Portuguese sausage, and juniper berries from Sweden. Uh and this was when Emily done done fucked it up.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. She didn't hero that ingredient. There was a it was a Filipino spring roll. Again, so it's just like all my girls.
SPEAKER_03I know. We loved Emily.
SPEAKER_02Last app we were like, woo, queer representation. Woo, girls.
SPEAKER_03And then like they said they heard her up and they're like, alright. No, sorry, you've got to cut all of them. Because literally, me screaming and ranting about Lydia gone the very next day.
SPEAKER_02They listen and they listened.
SPEAKER_03Because all male top three, that's I was actually, yeah, I've I have to say, look, I just trumps America. This is it is yeah, like I'm I it hasn't sat well with me, I will say. And they're they're lovely and they're all, but it's like there's no like it's just strange. It doesn't feel and even still because we've been writing through as we get there that Annabelle was the only girl for a long time as well.
SPEAKER_02Yes, and it's like oh but and she's so the kind of girl as well. Like as I said last time, I'm like, she's like the girl on the footy team. Yeah, you can tell she like hangs around with boys. Yeah, I kind of felt for her. It's like, oh my god, this is the story of your life that I've made up.
SPEAKER_03Just you and a bunch of men.
SPEAKER_02You can just see it. Oh, and I'm like, no. This immunity challenge was the ice cream one that I thought it was before, where they had to draw inspiration from some connoisseur ice creams.
SPEAKER_03Oh, product place with number 4,000 for the season.
SPEAKER_02I've got to say, normally they pepper in a little bit and I can handle it. This was every week, there was at least one.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I didn't sometimes multiple. And I didn't get this. It's like you've already got an established ice cream. Yeah. What are you gonna do? Deconstruct it. Like, what's the point?
SPEAKER_02It was done. It actually, this whole challenge made no sense.
SPEAKER_03No, a grade.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I don't know. It was whatever. But then I liked this pressure test because I don't normally like pressure tests. But this was the crab salad. This was the club with the jiggly. It was so cool. Yeah, a grade. It's not a retro.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, it gave very like 70s dinner party vibes. Everything in jelly mold, but like elevated hideous cookbooks, yeah, but like elevated. It was cool. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I'd never heard of the was it Sam Aspe.
SPEAKER_03No, it actually, yeah, and as much as I was like, you know, a pressure test, a lot of them annoy me, as you you know, we've talked about, especially with the sweet ones. I thought this at least had a sort of semblance of loved it.
SPEAKER_02And showcasing, like, so his restaurant is in Ho Chi Minh City, and like can confide. I looked it up, I wanted to. Yeah, I want to go. There's such good high-end food in Vietnam. Well, Vietnam's exploded now. Exactly. So I'm so happy to see that. Like, yeah, showcasing the show. Um, this was another tougher limb. Eleona. I know.
SPEAKER_03Um I had top five hopes for her. I really loved her. Loved her.
SPEAKER_02We never get that sort of Eastern European food on this show. No, not at all. And I really liked that kind of food. Yeah. People sleep on it. So I was looking forward to learning more about it. And I know she did really well, but extremely well still and just this is her everything.
SPEAKER_03It's just connection to country, connection to family. And it was like normally I'm like, oh, here we go again with a lot of these stories. But it was so genuine and heartfelt, her immediate emotional reactions to things that I was like, yeah, what a queen.
SPEAKER_02I just did find myself, yeah. I saw her. I just found myself sort of slowly and slowly checking out of this season after like dot Grace. Yeah. And for I think Grace like just didn't make top 10, is that right? That annoyed me. Um, and look, like it's I'm not accusing rigor. No, it's a fair show. Ah, just well, wait.
SPEAKER_03Is it? Oh, is it? We'll get to it. There's one person that may have a sneaky suspicion. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But everyone else, I'm like, fair played. I just the cards just didn't fall out. I personally don't like that one to have. Um week 13 was Hate Week. Loved this.
SPEAKER_03I love Hate Week. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Marion hasn't been on MasterChef for like 17 years or something.
SPEAKER_03I know.
SPEAKER_02Interesting. I wonder what because she kind of started her own food empire.
SPEAKER_03It's huge.
SPEAKER_02So do you reckon there was a period where she I think probably wanted to distance herself. Distance herself, didn't want to go back, didn't couldn't go back for some reason.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I mean she was doing her um like the web series and all that kind of stuff. So um great products by the way.
SPEAKER_02It did feel a bit like she was like, alright, I'll crumb crawling back for some.
SPEAKER_03She's got a new line that's about to drop. She needs to get some publicity, yeah.
SPEAKER_02She's cool though.
SPEAKER_03I really like her, yeah.
SPEAKER_02She was really like overly television for me. Like, did you notice in her demo and everything? Like, they didn't eat anything. No, but I'm like, that's not edible food.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, but that's what she does now. I'm not into it. She basically does a cook, an online cooking show, and it's like so demo.
SPEAKER_02So demo. She brought over things like now I prepared earlier. That's not this show. Yeah. I don't know. I feel like this is the one show where it's like, well, you're in an actual cooking.
SPEAKER_03Well, I yeah, and that's interesting because I was watching it with someone and they were like, um, but what you prepared earlier.
SPEAKER_02Yes, I it was giant to me.
SPEAKER_03It's supposed to be a master, like a master class.
SPEAKER_02She took it to a place of like, here's something I prepared. She brought it to a place of like ready, steady cook.
SPEAKER_03I know. I fucking love that show. Bring it back. Is it back? It probably is.
SPEAKER_02Probably. Oh, but I don't know.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, she love and light to her. Yeah. Uh what happened? Luke made some crispy roast pork and I don't know.
SPEAKER_03Did he get top dish? Did he ever get top dish?
SPEAKER_02Did he ever get top dish? I don't know. Immunity challenge was a 60-minute hot chili dish. And Annabelle's butterfied King George Whiting with Thai curry sauce. Gave her a minute. It looked so good.
SPEAKER_03It looked so good.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yum. Uh, then we had a hibachi challenge because it's not Alright, I've got to talk about it.
SPEAKER_03If I hear the word hibachi on this season one more time. Why?
SPEAKER_02It's come back. Like it was it was big like three or four years ago, then it went away, and then now she's back.
SPEAKER_03Everything is hibachi. Everything. Like, if even if they're not forced to use it, they're all using it.
SPEAKER_02I feel like we had a period where it went away, and then like instead it was like, yeah, Wattle Seed and Yuzu. Yep. Everyone was freaking out about. This season it was Gotchujang, everyone was obsessed with. And then hibachi, it's just classic, mate. Yeah. At this point, it's Master Chef Canon.
SPEAKER_03It is, and it's just been relentless. Relentless.
SPEAKER_02I want to get one, but I'll set up all the smoker labs. I'd be like Petro, like fucking sticking shit on there. Uh then we had the elimination, it was a head-to-head because it was heat week. And fucking Pat. This was I sobbed like a baby.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Probably because when Pat when Pat's mates got sent home, he would cry. So I was like, I felt like I was his mate. And I had to cry for him going. Yeah. He just had such a good run on the show.
SPEAKER_03And such a good heart. Like what an absolute sweet heart.
SPEAKER_02Just and not at all made for TV. No. With love and might. But that's kind of why I liked him.
SPEAKER_03And that's great.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. He'll do well.
SPEAKER_02Would love him back. Love, love, love, love, love. Really, really, really sweet guy. And yeah, and I'm sorry, that octopus just looked amazing. I just think, and I get it, they were like, it's a bit basic for where we're at in the comp. Um yeah. Week 14 was Judges Level Up Week. I liked this. They each had like a they're like, it's time to step your pussies up. If you want to get into the top five. Um so Sophia threw them like a single ingredient thing. That was hard. It was like onion, yuzu, beetroot, or almond. And then that was like pretty much all you got.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Crazy.
SPEAKER_03Like bloom on our. And people like you know, the yuzu and never used it before, and you know, discovered, you know, like there was nothing really they could do to change it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But with literally that and like the underbench, that's so wild. Yeah. Um, Aaron did such a good job, so smart to pick onion and do that tortellini with charred onion broth, and it got him the first.
SPEAKER_03That looked so good.
SPEAKER_02And this was it, because he'd been coasting for a bit, yeah, fading to the background, and then when he did that, I was like, oh, well, now you're in the top five, and I can see why.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Um, because Vinny kind of did the same thing, but it looked a bit more rustic.
SPEAKER_03Looked a little bit more rustic, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Just like him. That's that one thing we can say we liked about the season. At least we got Vinny in every episode. Oh, god. So, actually, no, Vinny's confirmed in every episode. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Thank God. We we love that. We wouldn't be here if we did. Sorry, not doing a not doing a recap if he's not on.
SPEAKER_02The elimination uh was Jean-Christophe's saucy evening. So, of course, I loved this episode. It was him being We love the JC. I will show you how to make the sauce. Yep. Because French cuisine's all about the sauce. Luke uh made a glossy sauce, but it was too sweet, and some of the fat wasn't rendered on his lime rack. So finally we sent Luke home. Did you notice he aged, he started this season, he was 19, and then like I don't know if they mentioned anything, but all of a sudden it said 20 in the oh you must have like had a birthday that we didn't hear about.
SPEAKER_03And look, it's not personal. No, it's not personal, but it was just noticed from the start. We commented that he got more airtime, crazy amount crazy amount of airtime when he wasn't even succeeding that well in that first the top 40. God on my crack.
SPEAKER_02And I get it, they've got to balance television and storytelling and the food of it all.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02He very much was the storytelling part of it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because like we said, he never had a top dip. Yeah, or he never had he never had like a table scram or a thicker. Didn't get immunity. That's cool, but I felt like we were being asked to give him grace for being young.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Where it's like But then you have someone like he's only like 25, but then you had Bella, who was a baby. Yeah. Who was exceptional and did have winning gift dishes, you know?
SPEAKER_02Young boy thing where they're like, oh, I think they gave him a lot of the mums will love him.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02It was the mums.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah. You're so right. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because Master Chef is mum show. The mums and the gays. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03But uh the gays like ass. I don't think it's I don't think if we went down a circuit on a Thursday night and had we'd be like, so the drag race screens with.
SPEAKER_02I know only four nights a week, guys.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, only four nights. Lazy Susan, you up for it? Yeah. Aisha Buffet can come in, yeah. Great.
SPEAKER_02Incredible. Yeah, but we we sick about it, not gonna lie, I was like, oh.
SPEAKER_03I was like, it was time. He made the top five. Well, that's the thing that would have just aggravated me because it's a track record as well. It's just and I know they don't do that, but like, come on, you've got to have a top dish or an immunity win or something or a table slap, you know.
SPEAKER_02I'm still expecting it to come out through the Royal Commission into this. Yeah, I believe will be started.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I've actually talked to Ben Carroll, our new premier, and he has He said day one. Day one.
SPEAKER_02Why was Luke on MasterChef?
SPEAKER_03How did he get this far? Why was he given so much airtime?
SPEAKER_02Got him that spot.
SPEAKER_03We're doing that with the CFMEU Royal Commission, so it's the big build. Yep, it's it's at an adjoining Royal Commission.
SPEAKER_01To find out what happened, but bless him.
SPEAKER_03Very talented. We've done we agree that they're talented.
SPEAKER_02It's like it's just if it was you or like Dot, it's like Soz, but I want more Dot.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_02Then we had to keep up with Andy Allen. Uh this was cute. This was when Vinny asked for a job.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Which I thought was I got a little bit turned on by his ballsiness.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And then Andy being like, you're hide. I was like, so cute.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that was lovely.
SPEAKER_02I know it was a bit broy. I just I like that they show things like that on the show. Who was it? Was it Jess Lemon who went and worked for like Gordon Ramsay or someone? Yeah, yeah, I think it was. And it was literally just he was on the show. Was it Heston? I can't remember. Someone was on the show, tried it for him, was like, do you want to come and train with me in Paris or whatever? And she was like, sure. And I love they like show that. Yeah. Because we want to know about all these opportunities and like these this growth from the cast. Um, yeah, I don't know, but yeah, Vinny got singled out in this because he did such a good job of keeping up with Andy and doing the right things. So um, yeah, he was safe and became the first contestant to enter the finals. And I'll be so happy.
SPEAKER_03What a relief.
SPEAKER_02And then this is the last time we've seen Andy because he's gone off and participated.
SPEAKER_03I know, and congratulations, Andy. Yeah, very cute.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Super, super cute. Yeah. I wonder if he'll be back for the final. Sure. He'll pop his head in. Yeah. He'll do a be too early to have the bub on, but it will um, yeah, no. It's only been a week.
SPEAKER_02Get him started, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Get him started, get him ready for TV. Um, but no, I I I I hope he is.
SPEAKER_02He's been great this season as well. They all all the dub is.
SPEAKER_03I will say, interestingly enough, that I will say about Andy's judging this year is he's been a bit more harsh.
SPEAKER_02He has.
SPEAKER_03And especially to Luke. I think he's yes, finally called it out. He did. Like, he's just like it's the dad in him. It's the dad, he was like, this is not good enough. Like, which I thought was interesting. I thought it was good because it wasn't cruel, but it was actually like, well, you've had enough chance.
SPEAKER_02I think I think him saying that was like a nod to us at home. Yeah. But like we know that we are keeping him around because it's like a nice story. Yeah. Which I'm like totally fine with. And then but then to hear him get the critique, I was like, yes. And it was coming from, yeah, like a dad place.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, totally. Which is cute.
SPEAKER_02Because he also does like bro place critiques as well, sometimes, where he's like, oh mate, oh mate, but what was going on there?
SPEAKER_00What was going on there? What's going on there? Not your finest.
SPEAKER_03God, he was looking hot this season. The outfit choices. I was very impressed. Style, wardrobe styling was great. Good on you, Andy.
SPEAKER_02And then this was our last episode. The Poe's Malaysian snacks.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So cute.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I love, and you can tell that Poe's been wanting to do this for ages. I know. Like she said.
SPEAKER_03And normally I would be averse to a sweet thing. Yeah. But I've been obsessed with those, um, those multi-layered sort of gelatinous um treats for such a long time. So it was really fascinating to see them talk about how to make it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I've never never seen anyone.
SPEAKER_03Like it's really intricate and really, yeah, it's yeah, I was really was great to see.
SPEAKER_02And I like that they had to make three things. Yeah. The curry puffs, the quekoti, and the curry puffs, which I love a curry puff.
SPEAKER_03When it's got that correct and Annabelle went to town on it. Spectacular.
SPEAKER_02So good. Annabelle made us so proud. Um, and yeah, sadly, Caspar, who like this was another tough one for me because I really appreciated what Caspar brought to the show. Yeah. Like you can tell he's like a really creative person. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03This was a hard, this was this was definitely the hardest, I think.
SPEAKER_02I think he's gonna go and train and like do some amazing thing. And I can't wait to see it.
SPEAKER_03And it really does, like they're you know, it really comes down to nothing at the moment. And they said that in the announcement. They were basically like, this is the hardest choice we've ever had to make because you're both exceptional. Yeah, but it literally comes down to oh hold on, no, this is not a fuck. No, I've got it wrong because Annabel was like I was gonna talk about grapes. It was grapes. Um, Annabelle. I totally find that Annabelle did exceptional on her curry puff um thing, but then failed to fail at the inside of the balls.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_03So curry puffs and her pleating on the curry puffs exceptional. Yeah, so she went.
SPEAKER_02That's right.
SPEAKER_03Fuck. And all our girlies gone. The girls gone.
SPEAKER_02Girls gone.
SPEAKER_03Yep.
SPEAKER_02Then we then we're the Megan Markle episode.
SPEAKER_03Oh, well, how we how did we know this episode?
SPEAKER_02Well, no, we didn't this for our. Oh god, alright. First episode of finals week. So, super hyped throughout the season, of course, when you've got a guest that's a good one.
SPEAKER_03Well, I thought it was like one of the first episodes, because that's how they were advertising it.
SPEAKER_02So, yeah. What did you think of Meghan Markle on Master Channel?
SPEAKER_03Uh, a bit insufferable.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, like She was like, oh, just like being back in California. The produce of exceptional.
SPEAKER_03You know, we like have our barbecues when the wet, you know, the weather's nice and warm.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god, H is calling right now.
SPEAKER_03And when she's like, probably was like, do you want to look at the sh- Do you want to look at the master ship?
SPEAKER_02The way they all sucked her voice. It was kind of like oh my god, Sophia was like, oh I know, it was Can I touch you?
SPEAKER_03And like, but it was really interesting um that you could tell when she didn't like someone or didn't like a thing, because she would like it have this voice, but then like the the face would shut down.
SPEAKER_02I want the outtake so that I want to I want to see when she wasn't she did not like Petro.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she did not like Petro.
SPEAKER_02Like when she was like, Hey Harry, look, I'm here with my four new best friends. Here's Casper and here's Vinny and blah blah blah. I'm like, you do not know anything about these people. No.
SPEAKER_03No, and it was, yeah, it was that, and but also when she was like it they had like fart 10 minutes or something, and she's like, I don't like shouting, so I'm just gonna go tell everyone individually. I'm gonna go around and we're saying, hey, hey Vinnie.
SPEAKER_02You've got to and she was being really like Sexy with it. She was a good one.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I wouldn't have been here, you know, yeah.
SPEAKER_02This is your 10-minute warning. And he's like, Okay, cool.
SPEAKER_03Can you just shout it to us?
SPEAKER_02If that was me, I would have been like, cool story, bitch. I know. Like, fuck off.
SPEAKER_03It was it I actually, this is my sushi mango episode.
SPEAKER_02It was worse. It was worse than the sushi mango episode.
SPEAKER_03Like, I was, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Also, the ingredients she picked were so basic. She's like, apples and mandarins.
SPEAKER_03Oh, look at this for the Australian honey. I'm like Herbs. Do you guys see herbs? She's not a cook. Like, that's a thing. And it's like Diva. You know, just because she had like two seasons of this awful Netflix show.
SPEAKER_02Diva.
SPEAKER_03But it's like, and you know, I have stood by this girl. I, you know, I know she was treated appallingly. Yes. All that stuff. I know that. We know that. We don't want to pile up. No, but she's also like the way it just doesn't come across as genuine anymore. And it just feels really off, and it's it's just not fun to watch.
SPEAKER_02And look, it would have it would have landed so well with the 99% of Australians that love the royal family and all that shit. But like I'm literally the one percent seriously.
SPEAKER_03Well I don't think it would have, because they all don't like her. So she's not like it was just you didn't I didn't feel like I didn't feel like let in. You know, it was all even the call that was so stage, it was so all had a wall up, and it's like, you know, it was just yeah, it was my sushi mango episode. I feel like I should re-watch that episode just to just to remind myself of how awful it was.
SPEAKER_02Well, Petra, it's funny so you thought she didn't like Petro because he got through. This was very interesting story arc. It was like, oh no, he's gonna fuck it up with the artichoke ice cream.
SPEAKER_03And he excels. And then he was like totally fine. So yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Because it was when they were like talking about it and everything, and she was kind of like uh he just was not the person that I was expecting to get into the semi-finals.
SPEAKER_02So wild. Anyway, then we had this Letters from Home app, which is the tear joker. The tear joker, yeah. Yeah, and this is when Casper got grapes from the fam. Love the story. Did you ever sit around a fucking bowl of grapes? I feel like I did too. It must be like a real fucking anglo thing. Yeah, it's your parents being like cheap and trying to be healthy, but also trying to shut you up.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, here's your grape.
SPEAKER_02So good, and I just was like, I thought it looked so beautiful. Obviously, I didn't get it so much.
SPEAKER_03So beautiful, but it's so hard to make because obviously our favourite dessert from grapes, wine, um, that's where you kind of go. But like it's actually a very subtle flavour.
SPEAKER_02Especially those green.
SPEAKER_03I know, at least the red ones have a bit more kick to them, but you know they're from Kohl's too, so they'll fucking taste. But he had a granita, didn't he have a granita? He had a fucking granita with like, but everything was grape. If there was kind of something to it was just too much grape, so as a result, I just imagine it would have been quite flavourless in a way.
SPEAKER_02Vinny's dad story. Did you cry? I was like, ugh.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, beautiful.
SPEAKER_02And his dad and their relationship. It was beautiful. Poe and Sophia just like started going.
SPEAKER_03I know, they were really this was a big emotional episode for the especially for Poe.
SPEAKER_02Oh man. Yeah. Um crazy one. And then we said bye to Casper. I know, which is a really it's as sad as it is. For some reason it kind of felt right. I I don't know. Yeah. I think he I think he saw it coming or something. Yeah. In his in some of the confessionals, like the way he talks about it. I I never even think about going home, and blah blah blah. I'm like, oh, they're gonna get you with that one. They're gonna use that grab.
SPEAKER_03Absolutely fine. He's got a really bright future ahead of him and exceptionally talented.
SPEAKER_02Oh, which means now it's an all Victorian final. Oh, we have Aaron, Vinny, and Petro. Oh, and they're all made.
SPEAKER_03You know what's really interesting? Like, compared to our last, I'm not gonna say like our last all-star season, but our last like normal Master Chef season, where we clearly knew I've had a blank, who was it? It was our favourite that lives down in West Melbourne in the share house. Nat. Yeah, where we clearly knew, I feel like I knew from episode one that this was the girl to beat.
SPEAKER_02That whole season I was like, no one is standing in Nat's way. No, we haven't had that this episode.
SPEAKER_03We have not had this kind of good at all. So I honestly think this could go any three ways.
SPEAKER_02My cynical producer hat is saying that Petro is the winner, yeah. Just because of the story arc we've been getting. Um but you're right, it could all, but I I feel like I want it to be.
SPEAKER_03I'm thinking Aaron.
SPEAKER_02But then exactly.
SPEAKER_03Because also the thing about the the narrative about that he had this huge blow-up with his family about leaving all this kind of stuff.
SPEAKER_02They've all got a really good story.
SPEAKER_03But they've all got a really good story, and it really I cannot, if I was to go onto sports bet, it'd be 33%.
SPEAKER_02Literally, yeah, no, true. Uh, and unfortunately, before we get to the final episodes, we have to sit through the fun one, yeah, which is where they make the judges cook.
SPEAKER_03It's my least favorite. I think I might skip that one. Yeah. How many more episodes do we have about? Three.
SPEAKER_02So there's the fun one, then there's a semi-final service challenge on Monday, and then on Sunday the following week. Sunday, the 9th of August, is the grand finale. So they put the cards.
SPEAKER_03Oh, so traders is starting before. Yeah. Oh, okay. So that's the first time.
SPEAKER_02Because while we are wrapping this up now, because I will be busy with traders.
SPEAKER_03Oh, very busy, yes. You have been very busy with the traders. Very exciting.
SPEAKER_02So exciting.
SPEAKER_03How was Monarchy in person?
SPEAKER_02Gorgeous. Oh, loved the Narcs. You told me all about um Aussie Shaw and it's coming back, isn't it? Yeah, it might be. I don't know. I hope so.
SPEAKER_03I hope so. I love that show. Me too. My absolute revolting trash pleasure. It's so good.
SPEAKER_02Um, yeah, so I've I've seen the first episode of The Traders. Yeah. It's crazy. And I'll be putting out an episode tomorrow or the next day with Annabelle and Phil, who I went up to this event in Sydney with. So we'll do a little debrief of that for you listening. So hold hold out for that. But uh know that it's gonna be a fucking iconic show.
SPEAKER_03I can't wait. I'm now that we've got a rightful female.
SPEAKER_02Well, that's the thing. All of the campery that we didn't get in Mastership this season, trust me, we're getting it in Miss Gretel and the cast. She knows the assignment. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03I'm so glad they brought her on, so I'm very excited.
SPEAKER_02Gun to your head though, who's winning Master Chef? You have to pick one.
SPEAKER_03I'm gonna say Aaron. Okay. Yep, I'm gonna say Aaron.
SPEAKER_02I'm gonna say Vinny.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Watch it now be. Watch it now be cross.
SPEAKER_03We've cursed it. I'm sorry, Aaron. I'm sorry, Vinny.
SPEAKER_02Oh, Christian, thank you so much for coming back.
SPEAKER_03That aged me. I know, and you did great.
SPEAKER_02And look, apologies. I watched the listeners who actually kept track of everything and I know.
SPEAKER_03Well, we but look, we did the best we could. We watched every episode, but by God, it was at 72 years ago that week six was. I can't remember anything. Like, you know, life's difficult, life's hard, and you know, we do our best.
SPEAKER_02And uh, Reachard, I'd love to hear who you think's gonna win. Love to hear who you think you'd like to win. Put it in the comments.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and who do you think will come back for All-Stars? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Right, Dole. See you soon.
SPEAKER_03See you soon, Dole.
unknownBye.
